Clean and comfortable rooms. Great view, quiet location. Helpful staff despite language barrier. Wonderful location near station, store, river, and food. Enjoyable onsens. Late check-out time.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This accommodation option has an ideal location, close to Kinugawaonsen station and the Kinugawa river. Guests have easy access to a 7-Eleven convenience store and a small Ramen restaurant nearby. the cottage room offers a nice view, comfortable twin beds, and a big bathroom.
The service and amenities are substandard, and not up to the mark as compared to other hotels in the area.

Stayed here for Easter weekend. Price was affordable for the room we had, and the location close to the train station was convenient. The room was spacious and had a great view of the river. The natural hot spring baths had multiple indoor and outdoor baths and they were rotated for males and females each day, which was nice.
The hotel staff spoke limited English which made communication difficult at times. Some areas of the hotel were outdated and in need of a refresh.

The view was stunning, with the river flowing gently in the distance and the mountains as a backdrop. the private onsen provided a wonderful, relaxing experience. the hotel staff was polite and always willing to assist. Close proximity to attractions was a bonus.
The hotel was difficult to find, as there were no clear signs. Cleanliness was not a strong point, as I noticed dirt and hair on the floors in my room.
